Hello to everyone and welcome to our site.

Since I can remember, I had a love for nature, and at the age of 25 went on a course in Sabi Sands, and returned a different person.

As fate would have it, I met my husband on this course, who shares the same passion and dedication to nature and wildlife, and the rest is history.

We have worked together in many places, ranging from Botswana, Northern Province, Sabi Sands etc, and all have held a very special place in our heart.

We have decided to do this website, to share in our experiences on a day to day basis, and to share with you our photographs (my husband is definitely the photographer in the family) and amazing encounters we have with these magnificent animals.  Every day holds a different experience, and as you will see, many unexpected happenings.

We will give you a brief introduction to most of the stars of our story down below and then every fortnight or so, update a newsletter on our day to day lives in the bush.  We have also started with a new exciting project of setting out special camera's to try and determine our Leopard population currently in the reserve.  As you will see, we have had many interesting visitors to the camera sights, and we will do an updated report on these findings as well.

We will also feature a special "Interesting Facts" section, whereby we will post an animal/bird/reptile on a weekly basis, and give you some information on them, as well as some interesting observations we have experienced with them.

Please note that this is our personal website, and does not represent the views of anyone we work with or for.  We are doing this on a personal note, sharing our personal views of what we believe in.

Lastly, we would like to dedicate this website to two special ladies, namely Holly Jenkins and Meredith Chase who have stood by us through all our experiences, good and bad, and who came up with the idea for us to do this.
